The five best players of the past week will battle it out on Saturday evening for the seventh weekly title in the MODUS Online Live League.
Over the last five days various groups were played to determine which five players would progress to the final group. The first group of six players faced each other three times from Monday to Wednesday. Martin Adams won that group and became the first player to reach the final group.
The remaining players from that first group were split into two new groups, supplemented by some new players. On Thursday and Friday afternoon, one group played their games and the numbers one and two went to this final group. Those spots were claimed by Joe Davis and Scott Marsh. The other new group played their competition on Thursday and Friday evening, with Reece Robinson and Niall Culleton coming out as the winners.
Unlike the first edition of the Modus League in 2020, the game will not be played online via a webcam, but at a location in Southampton, England. The matches can be followed via the Online Darts YouTube channel.
