Whitehead claims Week One title to begin Phase Three of Online Darts League

Conan Whitehead took the first title of the new phase of Online Darts League action with victory on Saturday night.

The six best players of the past week met on Saturday in the final group. From Group A, Martin Thomas and Jamie Kelling managed to advance to the last four, while in the other group Carl Wilkinson and Whitehead advanced to the semi-finals.

In the last four, Thomas proved too strong winning 4-2 against Wilkinson, while Whitehead beat Kelling 4-3. The latter did take the win in the 3/4 placed play-off, before Whitehead took the overall victory with a 4-0 victory over Thomas.
