2020 Players Championship Order of Merit after six events

The Players Championship Order of Merit has been updated after the latest double header of action which took place in Wigan this past weekend.

Gerwyn Price and Peter Wright who both claimed titles this past weekend now top the standings displacing Nathan Aspinall and Ryan Searle who set the early pace.

Price reached a final on Saturday losing to Wright which made the difference in terms of him being top with his win added to that total.

Michael van Gerwen who came so close again to claiming his first ranking title of the season is still up to third with £17,750 of accrued prize money despite not winning a title yet.

Krzysztof Ratajski is the only player in the top five to keep his position the same from the two weekends showing the form of the Polish Eagle who reached the semi-final on Sunday.

Then to round out the top five it is early leader Aspinall with Gary Anderson and Ryan Searle who were both in the top three now going down to sixth and seventh.

'Heavy Metal' gained no extra money on his Order of Merit which can be seen as the reason for him losing so much ground.

Glen Durrant as well was nowhere to be found in the opening weekend in terms of the top 10 but he is now there also alongside Gabriel Clemens who rises from 12th.

At this early stage of the season, this Order of Merit will of course likely change but it is at the moment giving a good barometer of who is in form and who is not.
