After a jam-packed opening day, the UK Open returns with the fifth round on Saturday afternoon.
Day One didn't see too many classic UK Open shocks, but we did see two nine-darters, the biggest ever TV average from a female player, the exit of four of the top ten seeds and a ton of top action. There's even more to come in a more compact field.
Rob Cross and James Wade both survived scares in round four, with Cross mounting a comeback against Andy Hamilton and Wade producing a superb final leg to send Ryan Joyce packing. They kick us off on the Main Stage, followed by Gerwyn Price against 'Rapid' Ricky Evans.
Even if that one goes the distance, it'll be over within mere minutes, so Michael Smith versus Jose de Sousa will swiftly follow. The Main Stage action concludes for the afternoon with defending UK Open champion Michael van Gerwen seeking to see off Mensur Suljovic.
There's plenty going on across Stages Two, Three and Four. John Brown and Alan Soutar are the new Tour Card holders still on the charge; they face Chris Dobey on Stage Two, and Ron Meulenkamp on Stage Three respectively.
Jonny Clayton and Dirk van Duijvenbode is the sort of tie that'd normally light up the Main Stage, but the in-form duo will duke it out at the conclusion of the Stage Two schedule.
Meanwhile Dave Chisnall, who sent Peter Wright packing in style, faces Danny Noppert on Stage Four. All the action is followed by the sixth round draw, with the last 16 players returning to the Marshall Arena stages on Saturday evening.
