Gary Anderson and Michael van Gerwen have moved towards the top of the Players Championship Order of Merit after winning a PDC title in recent days.
Van Gerwen won the seventh Players Championship tournament on Sunday, moving up from 45th place to sixth. Anderson triumphed at Players Championship 8 on Monday, climbing from 13th position to third.
The lead is still held by Dirk van Duijvenbode, who has already scored two tournament victories this year. Ryan Searle retained spot two after the dual in Hildesheim.
The top five is completed by Ross Smith and Danny Noppert. After all Players Championship tournaments, the best 64 players will compete in the Players Championship Finals. This tournament will be played from November 24 to 26 in Minehead.
