Lisa Ashton has been absolutely superb today and has continued her run into the Last 16 at the first event of the second iteration of the PDC Super Series.
This included an incredible 125 checkout to put her 5-3 up in a brilliant display from 'The Lancashire Rose'.
She will now face Michael Smith for a spot in her first Quarter-Final in what is only her second Last 16 appearance.

- I completely agree with Vincent's comments on "whistlegate". It's great to have someone with Vincent's exprience address this issue, so hopefully clearer and stricter guidlelines can be given to referees, security and members of the crowd. No whistling during throws, and something like: whistlers evicted and fined a hefty sum.
