Danny Baggish has backed up his brilliant victory over Damon Heta with another superb display to dump out two-time World Champion, Adrian Lewis in the second round of the PDC World Darts Championship.

Baggish punished an astonishing 22 missed darts at doubles from Lewis to win through in a 3-1 win with a 93 average and high checkout of 170.

Lewis's start showed a potential sign of things to come with 'Jackpot' squandering five darts at doubles and allowing the American to claim the first set 3-0.

This poor start turned into a nightmare with Baggish going 2-0 up in sets with a 3-1 set win to double his lead with Lewis sat down at 1/16 on the doubles and seemingly heading out with ease.

He attempted a turnaround though and won back a set 3-1 with a 127 checkout going a long way to halving the deficit. 'Jackpot' went 2-0 up as he looked to tie it up but Baggish produced a brilliant 170 checkout to make it 2-1 in the fourth set.

A decider from there was set with Baggish taking advantage of yet more poor finishing to pin a 91 checkout and break throw in a pivotal leg.

From there, a 121 set up was followed by 40 as he pinned double five last dart in hand to win.
