Darts commentators Dan Dawson and Chris Murphy met for the third time on Thursday night in the Premier Inn League.
Due to coronavirus, no games are being played in the Premier League Darts for the time being and the Premier Inn League which is usually played at tournaments between the pair is being played on DartConnect.
As with the previous two meetings, the victory went to Dawson.
The first two ties were won 6-5 and 6-3 respectively. It was even more comprehensive this time in 6-1, with his best leg coming in the fourth leg when Dawson threw a 22-darter.
He also hit a 24-darter and a 27-darter en route. The worst leg was hit in 41 Darts.

- Maybe the supposed top players are burnt out from the endless travelling and tournaments, I just don't think they have the dedication or outright desire to win. I think they are more interested in the money and being popular, just keeping their rankings steady. The only thing that mattered to Phil Taylor was winning, not winning a few games to top up the money pot and seeking the fans attention. Maybe there is too many tournaments now and the enthusiasm is gone. This year especially has seen so many different winners and unexpected draws and line ups.richieburnettrocks14-11-2024
