Dave Clark to embark on second fundraising walk

Sky Sports presenter Dave Clark is to undertake a second fundraising walk in September 2018 raising money for a charity very close to his heart in Parkinsons UK.

Dave helped to raise over £200,000 for Parkinson's UK in 2016, with his Coast-to-Coast walk and is now attempting a second walk hoping to raise another huge amount for the charity. Clark wants to do it now as his symptoms worsen and he sees every step as precious.
"As my Parkinson's symptoms inevitably worsen, walking is becoming increasingly difficult. Every step is precious.
"I've decided to walk the Dalesway. 85 miles, over 6 days from my home town of Ilkley in West Yorkshire to the Lake District.

Day Two - Monday September 10: Walk to Hubberholme: 15m/24km
Day Three - Tuesday September 11: Walk to Dent Head (Cowgill): 17m/27km
Day Four: Wednesday September 12: Walk to Sedbergh: 9.5m/15km
Day Five: Thursday September 13: Walk to Burneside/Overnight Kendal: 15.5m/25km
Day Six: Friday September 14: Walk to Bowness-on-Windermere: 9.5m/15km
