De Decker and Lennon top highest averages from Players Championship 30

The 30th Players Championship of the year was a triumph for James Wade. The highest average was Mike De Decker.

De Decker, who reached the semifinals of Players Championship 29 on Friday, also did well at the last Players Championship of the year. The 26-year-old Belgian reached the last sixteen after a 6-4 defeat to eventual finalist Steve Beaton.

De Decker achieved his highest average during his 6-2 victory in the last 32 against Pole Radek Szaganski. The Real Deal then threw a 110.32 average. In second place we find Steve Lennon with 108.37, in third place is Dave Chisnall with 107.53.

De Decker rose to 60th place in the world rankings thanks to his strong performance in recent days and also secured qualification for the Players Championship Finals and the World Darts Championship.
