De Zwaan has strong bond with Thai family: "They follow my results but don't always understand the game well"

Part of Jeffrey de Zwaan's roots lie in Thailand with 'The Black Cobra' visiting there on holiday usually twice a year to visit his extended family.
"On my mother's side, part of the family still lives in Thailand. I love the country, the culture and of course the delicious food. Give me a 'Pad Thai', that's my favorite dish", said de Zwaan to RTL7darts.
Darts are not really popular in Thailand. "My family knows me mainly as the person Jeffrey, not as the darter. They follow my results but don't always understand the game well."

- I completely agree with Vincent's comments on "whistlegate". It's great to have someone with Vincent's exprience address this issue, so hopefully clearer and stricter guidlelines can be given to referees, security and members of the crowd. No whistling during throws, and something like: whistlers evicted and fined a hefty sum.
