There have been multiple nine-dart finishes on the secondary tours this season including Fallon Sherrock yesterday but none so far on the Players Championship until today.
Brendan Dolan has hit the first of the season on the ProTour during Event Seven during his tie against Richard Veenstra this afternoon in Hildesheim.
Pinning it in the third leg to go 2-1 up, he went the usual 180, 180, 141 route for perfection.
