The draw has been released ahead of the NZ Darts Masters which will have it's first iteration in Hamilton starting Friday with the final event in the World Series triple header set to take place.
Raymond van Barneveld will continue his farewell tour into New Zealand as he takes on Cody Harris. The home favourite has been in good form as of late; he will hope to take that onto the
World Series stage where he has yet to produce his best.
Damon Heta will bring to an end his World Series crusade having been in many ways the stand-out player in the triple header. He claimed victory in Brisbane but was well beaten in the Quarter-Finals in Melbourne by an in-form Rob Cross; he will take on Peter Wright who will be aiming to bounce back after last time out where he was whitewashed in the latter stages by Michael van Gerwen.
Van Gerwen will want to make it two out of three on the World Series having seemingly found his mojo again; after some poor form as of late. He will take on Kyle Anderson; who is no stranger to facing off against Mighty Mike. 'The Original' of course claimed victory at the former Auckland Darts Masters; can he bring back that form to dispel the Green Machine?
Voltage looks to continue form with tie against an experienced Kiwi
Like alluded to, Rob Cross has been brilliant as of late but has not claimed a title Down Under; being stopped by the brilliance of Damon Heta and Daryl Gurney.
He will have Warren Parry to contend with, the experienced Kiwi has taken the place of Corey Cadby who withdrew on
Monday evening due to personal problems; can 'Wazza' stop 'Voltage' and cause another World Series upset?
Also among the ties include Gary Anderson looking to continue his return to form; he faces Haupai Puha, one of New Zealand's best. James Wade who has been running into Damon Heta in the past two events has Craig Caldwell to contend with.
Whilst, Daryl Gurney will face English born David Platt; finally Simon Whitlock will take on Ben Robb, with Big Rig getting another chance to show what he can do on the World Series stage after suffering a whitewash against MVG in Brisbane.
