Draw released for Players Championship 25: Wright set to face Anderson in pick of first round clashes

This is due to these two events being the last events before the cut off for the World Grand Prix; 27 players are still in with a mathematical chance of getting to CityWest in Dublin.

The main tie to come out of the first round draw is Peter Wright taking on Gary Anderson; in a battle of two of the best players in the world and also World Cup winning partners.

Ian White is once again number one seed; with Michael van Gerwen withdrawing after initially being entered for this double header. Gerwyn Price is number two seed after winning his latest European Tour event last weekend.
