Glen Durrant eased past Nathan Aspinall in a 5-0 win at the Grand Slam of Darts but was disappointed after only averaging 86 in the end.
Durrant spoke afterwards and said that he expects more from himself as it is not the level he is practising at and so is not where he wants to be.
He added that he spent most of the match thinking he should be out but now he is through and he said that he has got to take the chance he has got.
"I'm standing here disappointed with a 5-0 win over one of the best players in the world," said Durrant.
"An 86 average is nowhere near where I want to be, it's nowhere near the level I'm practicing at and I know I'm much better than that.
"For a lot of the game I was thinking 'maybe I should be out of the tournament already' but I've somehow made it through and now I've got to take my chance."
