European Q-School Stage 1A Order of Merit after Day Two

The first stage of action at European Q-School continued on Tuesday with the next four players moving through from Stage 1A in Niedernhausen.

Those were Boris Koltsov, Michael Rasztovits, Lukas Wenig and Davy Proosten who join Michael Plooy, Richard Veenstra, Lorenzo Pronk and Adam Gawlas in booking their spot.

Another Dutchman and the biggest name in this year's Q-School in Raymond van Barneveld seems to be heading towards the Final Stage himself.

Despite losing in the final game yesterday, he sits top of the Order of Merit on 5 points and will do enough to move through even if he doesn't turn up on the last day.

As likely will the group of players below him including Ricardo Pietreczko, Geert de Vos and Nico Kurz who all sit on four points.

43 players will qualify from each Stage at European Q-School to form the Final Stage line-up alongside the outright winners and those exempt.

As a result currently sitting in the final spot is Toon Greebe who has one point but going into the final day every other player barring two below him are on zero points so there is a big chance for players to make a run and secure their spot even with a few wins.

Those on zero points include Sebastian Steyer and Rene Eidams who will hope for results today to see themselves make a last gasp push for the final stage.
