Josh Rock continues his impressive Easter weekend: The in-form Northern Irishman defeated Krzysztof Ratajski in a thrilling decider on Monday evening to progress to the semi-finals of the German Darts Grand Prix 2025.
In an exclusive interview with Dartsnews.com immediately after the quarter-final thriller, Rocky spoke about the nerve-wracking duel - and revealed what's behind his impressive start to the season.
"I just had to concentrate I missed the double 10 and double five so I just had to set myself, hit it and not get annoyed because of missed doubles. But obviously got 1, 19 and bull. Bull is one of the hardest to hit under pressure but thankfully I got the win," said Rock to DartsNews.com.

During the game, Rock repeatedly engaged with the crowd, who loudly supported the 24-year-old. "I loved it as the sang my name tonight which I really loved. It was probably the second crowd ever out of all arenas to shout out my name as much as they did."
Newly crowned semi-finalist Rock continues his outstanding start to the 2025 season in Munich. The Northern Irishman has already won a Players Championship event this year and reached the UK Open semi-finals. "I switched equipment, I knew it was coming for a while and obviously getting them together and right."
Earlier this year, Rock made headlines when he switched from his former supplier Mission to Target Darts - one of the reasons for his stunning form, as Rocky explains: "I'm improving across the whole season, I'm improving everywhere when it comes to the new equipment I love every bit of it."
In the semi-finals, Rock will face Michael van Gerwen, who won 6-4 against Relentless Ryan Joyce. The 24-year-old is already looking forward to his next appearance in front of the Munich crowd: "I'll just go and enjoy it. Obviously we're here for a reason in those titles but if you put too much pressure on yourself you're not going to enjoy it. Bad game out the way and I'll make sure I'm ready for the next one."
