Gary Anderson edges past Raymond van Barneveld as Chris Dobey dumps out Luke Humphries at Players Championship 15

The Quarter-Finals are here at Players Championship 15 with Gary Anderson, Luke Littler among the leading lights still involved. The same can't be said for Luke Humphries who lost in the Last 16.
Anderson prevailed in the battle of multiple World Champions, he defeated Raymond van Barneveld 6-4 with a 103 average. He now faces Wessel Nijman. The Dutch prodigy stood out on the Development Tour last week and has brought that form forward. He saw off Darren Beveridge 6-2 in a good run for 'Ice Cold' on a hot summer's day.
Stefan Bellmont sits at the top of the draw. He saw off Cameron Menzies and now faces Damon Heta. Luke Littler will face Krzysztof Ratajski while Chris Dobey saw off Luke Humphries 6-4 with a 102 average and will now face 'The Real Deal' Mike de Decker in the bottom half.

- It seems odd that at the World Championship they have dancing ladies in hot pants and pom poms and yet the walk on ladies who were much more elegantly attired get removed from the scene. I met Daniella at Silverstone when she was a grid girl in the F1 race and was very pleasant indeed.
