Henderson seals maiden Challenge Tour title with Event Seven glory in Hildesheim

In a new beginning for John Henderson this season after losing and failing to regain his Tour Card, he has sealed his maiden Challenge Tour title in a popular win for 'The Highlander'.

He sealed Event Seven on Friday evening with a hard fought win over Ron Meulenkamp after a run which saw him average 105 against Alan Norris and see off Dom Taylor, Reece Colley and Stefan Bellmont en route.

He joins Berry van Peer in winning today and heads atop the Challenge Tour Order of Merit.
