The
Slovak Darts Open is set to make its debut on the European Tour this weekend with the first iteration. It is the ninth European Tour of the year and is due to take place between June 19-21.
The matches can also be followed
live on PDC TV. As
usual at Euro Tour events, the tournament is spread over three days, with an
afternoon and evening session each day. The afternoon sessions start daily at
12:00 PM BST, while in the evening the first darts are thrown at 6:00 PM BST.

The field of participants in Bratislava is headed by Gian van Veen. Michael van Gerwen is the second seed.
The Dutch players will face competition from Premier League players Jonny Clayton, Gerwyn Price, and Stephen Bunting. Also competing for the title are James Wade, Gary Anderson, Nathan Aspinall among others.
Netherlands World Cup duo are top seeds.
World Cup winners Luke Littler and Luke Humphries will not be participating in the
Slovak Darts Open. Both English players have chosen a different preparation schedule ahead of the US Darts Masters, the World Series tournament taking place a week later in New York City. Josh Rock is another big name who will be absent from the tournament in Slovakia.
The first round will be played on Friday, when the ProTour players take on the sixteen qualifiers who earned their spots through various qualifying events. On Saturday the seeded players enter and the second round is played. The finale comes on Sunday: the afternoon session features the third round first, followed in the evening by the quarterfinals, semifinals and the final.
