Luke Humphries will make his return to Premier League action tonight as he takes part in his second year in a row as a Contender/Challenger in Exeter.
Humphries used it as a catalyst last year to claim World Youth Championship glory and another Quarter-Final appearance at the PDC World Championship.
Tonight will be the turn of Gary Anderson who sits sixth at the moment and given his prowess he will hope that he can become the first non regular player to claim a victory.
"Everyone knows I love playing on TV, I come alive on the big stage," said Humphries.
"I loved every minute of it up there last year, so to return to Exeter is something I've been massively looking forward to since I was picked.
"There is a huge opportunity for one of us Challengers to become the first one to win a Premier League game, I think I'm well capable of being that player.
"But I know I'll be up against one of the greatest players of all-time in Gary. He' someone I respect massively and I can't wait to play him on the big stage."
