Humphries narrows gap to Van Gerwen at top of European Tour Order of Merit after second title in Prague

Luke Humphries has consolidated his second place on the Euro Tour Order of Merit with his final victory at the Czech Darts Open.
He won his second Euro Tour title of the season in Prague and now has a total of £56,500. Humphries is still well behind Michael van Gerwen (89,500 pounds), who lost to 'Cool Hand Luke' in the quarter-finals at the Czech Darts Open.
Cross moved up to third place thanks to his second final spot this year. He has collected 29,000 pounds after six Euro Tour tournaments, a fraction more than Gerwyn Price (28,000 pounds). Dimitri van den Bergh rounds out the top five.
Vincent van der Voort reached the semi-final in Prague and is now in nineteenth on the Euro Tour Order of Merit.
Later this month Euro Tour tournaments will be held in Stuttgart (20-22 May) and Zwolle (27-29 May) respectively.
At the end of the season the 32 best players of the final ranking will participate in the European Championship in Dortmund. This tournament is scheduled from 27 to 30 October.
