With Night 13 of the 2024
Premier League Darts campaign taking place tonight in Liverpool,
Nathan Aspinall will take on Luke Humphries in the quarter-finals.
With just four days of play remaining until the playoffs, Aspinall is currently sitting pretty in third in the overall standings, three points off leader Humphries. "I think I've got a great chance of winning the Premier League so all my eggs are going into that basket," Aspinall tells Sky Sports.
"Because I'm focusing solely on the Premier League, I had a weekend off to recharge the batteries ready for Thursday," he explains. "Had a great weekend with the family and I now feel refreshed. I think it was a great decision so yeah, hopefully it pays off and I win it."
The top four after 16 nights qualify for the playoffs at London's O2 Arena, where the overall Premier League Darts winner will be crowned. "I'm sat in 3rd, only four points away from qualifying and then it's all on the night," Aspinall concludes. "I'm concentrating solely on the Premier League and I don't care about anything else for the next four weeks."
