Justin van Tergouw withdraws from 2021 PDC Q-School due to stomach flu

2021 PDC Q-School is set to begin on Monday in Milton Keynes and Niedernhausen but another player who will not make the trip is Justin van Tergouw.

The 20-year-old former two-time BDO World Youth Champion will not travel to Germany due to 'stomach flu', it has been revealed on his social media on Sunday morning.

The Dutchman would have been in action during Stage 1A which also includes the likes of returning compatriot, Raymond van Barneveld as well as Michael Unterbuchner, Nico Kurz and Richard Veenstra among others but instead he will not be involved.

"Due to stomach flu, Justin won't be able to travel to Germany to play Q-School. Quite a disappointment, because he had trained hard for it. Justin will try to get a Tourcard through the Development Tour. We wish all participants good luck in Niedernhausen and Milton Keynes," said Van Tergouw, translated from his Facebook page.
