Among them is James Wade who will headline Group Six on Wednesday. Jonny Clayton and Jelle Klaasen will both also headline nights over the course of the week.
Tuesday sees World Youth Champion Luke Humphries take part alongside new PDC Tour Card holder and former WDF World Number One, Nick Kenny; as well as fan favourite Devon Petersen and former ranking winner Joe Murnan.
Wade will like alluded to play on Wednesday and he will take on Adrian Gray, Ryan Searle and Andy Boulton in his group.
It is an international feel on Thursday with Klaasen starring alongside now German Number Two, Gabriel Clemens and Northern Ireland's Gavin Carlin; as well as Development Tour standout Ryan Meikle.
Friday will mark the conclusion of the first week of the PDC Home Tour as Clayton faces off against Adam Hunt, Richard North and David Pallett.
A nightly league format will see all four competitors play each other once in matches played over the best of nine legs; with a winner crowned each night who will then go onto the next phase of the competition.
This means that 32 players will battle it out from the second round onwards; with a winner crowned from there. It will be shown on PDCTV for free with betting sites also showing the action in full in a large innovation announced by the PDC.
