Players Championship 16 gets underway in Leicester today, with another busy Pro Tour schedule and a fresh chance for the field to strike after Michael van Gerwen’s return to the winner’s circle on Tuesday.

Van Gerwen is back in action less than 24 hours after claiming his first Pro Tour title of 2026, opening against Joe Hunt, while Beau Greaves returns after reaching yesterday’s quarter-finals before losing to the eventual champion. She begins her PC16 campaign against Harry Ward.
Wessel Nijman, Dirk van Duijvenbode, Rob Cross, Michael Smith, Stephen Bunting, Josh Rock, Peter Wright and Dimitri Van den Bergh are also among the names in action, with updates, results and key moments from Leicester to follow throughout the day below.
