Lloyd relishing Premier League Darts return: "It's just going to be all guns are blazing"

The Premier League Darts begins on Monday and 2005 runner-up Colin 'Jaws' Lloyd is looking forward to having the return of the blocks of action due to the tournament being played behind closed doors once more.

Also for Lloyd, he believes it is a good chance for those players in the line-up who are not in form to return to their best with the 'intense' nature of the Premier League meaning they could soon be adrift.

"With this, it's just going to be all guns are blazing for five nights on the trot. You cannot take your foot off the gas and there's a few guys here that seem to be struggling a bit for form," said Lloyd to The Darts Show podcast.

"They've had a couple of weeks break now so hopefully they've righted a few wrongs within their game but it's going to be so so so intense."
