Meulenkamp hits nine-dart finish during European Tour Qualifier opener

Ron Meulenkamp has added to the nine-dart finish tally for the latest round of ProTour action with perfection pinned during his opener against Zoran Lerchbacher in a European Tour qualifier.
The first of three taking place for Tour Card holders on Friday, it is set for the Hungarian Darts Trophy and he saw off the Austrian with a 103.37 average in a 6-4 victory.
He didn't go the usual route with 174, 180 and 147 pinned by 'The Bomb'. It is the 29th of the year which ties level already with last year's mark as well as 2018 and eclipsing 2016 and 2017.
