Noa-Lynn van Leuven and Gemma Hayter qualify for World Championships through Women's Series Order of Merit

Two more spots for the World Championships have been filled up with Noa-Lynn van Leuven and Gemma Hayter qualifying after a successful year on the Women's Series.

The final four events of 2025 were held, with Beau Greaves tasting glory in every single one, extending her lead at the top of the standings. She has accepted a Tour Card for 2026 and will compete at Ally Pally for the first time in a highly anticipated debut. Fallon Sherrock had also qualified through the order of merit, with Lisa Ashton returning to Ally Pally after picking up the Women's Matchplay.

The Dutchwomen finishes fourth on the order of merit, with back-to-back titles in April helping massively. She would not make another final until event 24, which happened to be the climaxing tie on the Women's Series on 2025. While she was defeated by a supreme Greaves, the consistent results throughout the year saw her place fourth in the final standings with £9,600 to her name.

She makes a return to Ally Pally and will be in search of her first win after losing 3-1 to Kevin Doets in a tight match. Missed doubles cost van Leuven the chance to keep herself in the tie, as Doets went on to record a precious victory.

While she may have not picked up a title this year, a third final of 2025 in Event 23 was enough for Hayter to qualify for the World Championships, as she is set to make her maiden steps on the illustrious Ally Pally stage. She finished fifth in the final standings with £8,600, almost £2,000 ahead of her closest challenger in the form of Kirsi Viinikainen who failed to pick up a win in the final two sessions.

She has had previous big stage experience before in the Women's Matchplay, coming up against Sherrock in the quarter-finals. Unfortunately, she was pipped in a last-leg decider. The Englishwoman will be relishing to get her name out into the darting world as she is set to battle it out with the best players in the world.
