Noppert came through in a close tie with Mickey Mansell in which the latter missed three match darts and he took out 16 as a result to close it out in a decider.
Richardson saw off debutant Mike Poge in a 6-3 win with an 82 average and 37 percent on the doubles to boot. Rosenauer finally came through a tight clash with Mike de Decker in a 6-4 victory where both players averaged 81.
The difference came in the doubles where he hit 42 percent compared to 36 percent from the Belgian.
