PDC Europe wins battle against inflated ticket sales for darts tournaments

PDC Europe has been fighting against the sale of tickets on the black market for years. The Regional Court of Stuttgart has again banned the Viagogo website from offering tickets to darts events for inflated prices.

"In the fight against illegal grey market trading, this is another small victory against rip-off and fraud. As there are currently again some dubious third party sellers and websites offering and selling tickets for the European Tour as well as our Darts Galas, we strongly advise to refrain from doing so," said a spokesperson for PDC Europe.

"Tickets purchased there are not valid for our events. It is important to us that none of our fans end up with a big disappointment if the tickets are not valid and were paid for nothing."
