PDC Pro Tour Order of Merit Update: Rob Cross, Beau Greaves among leading risers after latest double header as Wessel Nijman extends lead

The PDC Pro Tour Order of Merit has been updated after the latest round of Players Championship action with Rob Cross and Wessel Nijman rising to the occasion.

Cross defeated Maik Kuivenhoven in the final of Players Championship 22 and both are among the leading risers in the ProTour Order of Merit this week. 'Voltage' goes up from 29th to 23rd which helps his World Matchplay charge in a double pronged attack no doubt.

Ryan Searle is also into the top 16 rising up three spots to 15th after he reached the final of Players Championship 21. Jonny Clayton although he qualifies for tournaments outside of this remit is up to 10th rising up three spots from 13th.

While Kuivenhoven himself is up from 57th to 39th, the biggest leap of this week. Beau Greaves is chief to that after reaching the semi-finals of Players Championship 21. She is up from 53rd to 40th and will soon be hunting down spots in the World Grand Prix in only her debut year.

Gabriel Clemens and Darryl Pilgrim too rise up to 58th and 69th from 66th and 72nd up eight and three spots respectively in the big movers and shakers.

Dimitri van den Bergh was one of the big losers. He went down from 79th to 88th as he continues to have his Tour Card under threat in the coming months. Jermaine Wattimena is on the verge of falling out of the top 10 and sits in ninth. While Josh Rock and James Wade go down to 12th and 14th down two spots.

Other changes include Luke Woodhouse climbing over Chris Dobey into 4th, Kevin Doets is into the top seven and Luke Littler remains locked into 25th spot.
