Perez-Taylor and Burton-Monk set for semi-finals on Day One of PDC UK Q-School as Sherrock, Hamilton and McGeeney bow out

The dream is over for the first day at least for Fallon Sherrock who bows out of PDC UK Q-School at the Quarter-Final stage with defeat to Stephen Burton.

Unable to replicate her form from the past few days, she lost 6-4 to Burton who has stood out on the Challenge Tour after dropping off the tour.

Dom Taylor stood out on the Development Tour in 2021 winning a title and reaching multiple finals but failed to still get onto the PDC Tour but now 'The Tower' will have a chance at Q-School. He took down Graham Usher and will now face Christian Perez.

Perez, the Asian Champion who has competed recently at the Grand Slam of Darts and World Championship has been a standout this week and ended the charge of Andy Hamilton.

While facing Burton in the other semi is Arron 'Mad' Monk as the former World Youth Champion aims to rejoin the PDC Tour after time in the darting doldrums, he breezed past Mark McGeeney 6-0.
