Plaisier dumps out Williams with brilliant 104 average, Lukeman dispatches Gawlas as German Darts Grand Prix continues

Wesley Plaisier produced a truly incredible display on the opening day of the German Darts Grand Prix to down Jim Williams and set up a clash with Joe Cullen in the second round.
Plaisier produced a 104.05 average with two ton plus checkout and 46.2% on the doubles as he left Williams with no chance in a 6-3 defeat.
The Dutchman won his first match on the European Tour in three years and in doing so took out 'The Quiff' who recently won his maiden ProTour but will head home early.
As will Adam Gawlas as Martin Lukeman continues to produce impressive displays including on the European Tour.
One of the most improved players so far this season, Lukeman dispatched the Czech youngster 6-3 to reach the second day of action where he will aim to topple home hope, Gabriel Clemens.
