Players Championship 19 Results, Last 64: Gurney, Van Barneveld and Aspinall all out in second round

The second round has been completed at Players Championship 19 with the action going into the latter stages at Barnsley Metrodome and more big names have headed out.

They include Daryl Gurney who was seen off by Ryan Harrington in a surprise 6-5 win. Raymond van Barneveld's return to the ProTour has also ended at this stage with the former World Champion losing out to Mensur Suljovic

Nathan Aspinall also bowed out as he was edged out by Devon Petersen in a 6-3 with for 'The African Warrior'. Two big names do remain involved though in particular and those are Gary Anderson and Peter Wright.

The World Cup winning team-mates saw off Mark Webster and Kim Huybrechts to continue their charge. Also through include the likes of Glen Durrant, Kyle Anderson and Dave Chisnall.

There was also a great win for Reece Robinson who saw off Max Hopp in a class display from both players that the Hull man who has struggled at times on his return to the tour edged through.
