Players Championship 30 Results, Last 16: Wright, Price, Jenkins and Wattimena among players through to Quarter-Finals

The Quarter-Final line-up has been confirmed at Players Championship 30 with the likes of Peter Wright and Gerwyn Price through.

Among those players are some surprise names including the likes of Andy Jenkins and Arron Monk. Jenkins more so as despite his form on the Challenge Tour he is not a Tour Card holder anymore but he has shown his experience in easing past Max Hopp 6-2.

Monk continued his brilliant day in edging past Jeffrey de Zwaan but his next test won't get any easier as he has to take on Peter Wright who had to survive a scare against Mark McGeeney.

He claimed a 6-5 win but despite that, he averaged 104 to continue his brilliant form he has exhibited in the past few days.

Other players through include Jermaine Wattimena who continues to have good runs on the Players Championship series; will he finally get a title? His 6-1 win over Cody Harris showed that it can be done today.
