The
Premier League Darts resumes on Wednesday May 5 with the eight remaining players. The next seven rounds will determine which four players will enter the play-offs on the 28th of May.
Nathan Aspinall and
Dimitri van den Bergh are currently in the lead with thirteen points each.
Michael van Gerwen follows with eleven points, while
James Wade is virtually fourth with ten points.
Jonny Clayton has also picked up ten points from the first nine matches. Debutant José de Sousa is on nine points, as many as
Peter Wright.
Gary Anderson is the new bottom with eight points after the elimination of Rob Cross and Glen Durrant.
The numbers one and four and the numbers two and three of the competition then face each other in the play-offs. The semi-finals will be followed by the final on the same evening.
