Gerwyn Price was dumped out of the
Grand Slam of Darts last night after defeat to Raymond van Barneveld in his title defence but despite being gutted, he saw the bigger picture and will now shift his thought process onto Minehead and the Players Championship Finals.
After a heroic comeback, 'The Iceman' was defeated 16-13 from a 3-8 deficit and he said the following on Instagram.
"Absolutely gutted to lose a game that meant so much to me, it hurts right now but I'll keep learning and will get stronger for it, gifted legs away but I'll look forward to next week in Minehead," said Price.
"As long as I'm breathing and have great family around me that's all that matters, on we go."
