Josh Rock has continued his dominance on the PDC Development Tour sealing Event 21 in Wigan with his fifth title of the season.
Rock produced averages of 109, 107 twice and 104 to further show his brilliance as of late as he heads towards likely sealing the Grand Slam spot after defeating Rusty-Jake Rodriguez in the final.
The PDC Development Tour circuit consists of 24 tournaments in 2022. Last year there was a separate tour for British and European players due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but this year both circuits have been merged again.
Each Development Tour tournament has a prize fund of £10,000. With the prize money a ranking will be made. At the end of the season the numbers one and two will receive an invitation to the PDC World Darts Championship, plus a Tour Card for 2023 and 2024.
