The Last 16 line-up is confirmed at 2020 PDC UK Q-School with some top games set to take place in the latter stages as the battle for Tour Cards hots up in Wigan.
Among them is Seigo Asada against Paul Nicholson after the duo saw off Tony Richardson and Shaun Rutter. Both players have gone about their business well today without playing at the top of their game and are both getting important points on the board but will now face off.
As will Darryl Fitton and Colin Osborne in a real blast from the past, similarly with Fitton he has gone about his business today and has steadily increased his average throughout the day. He faces 'Ozzy' who is of course a former Championship League of Darts winner and multiple ProTour winner so he knows what it takes to come through on the floor, an intriguing tie on the way.
Nicholson's roommate for this week is Canada's Jeff Smith who has put in some of the best darts of the day, his latest performance saw him average 98 in easing past Darren Davies. Can 'The Silencer' regain his Tour Card today?
We have also seen good displays from Jarred Cole with the youngster edging past Jim Williams and the always dangerous Martin Atkins (Wigan) who defeated the experienced Gary Mawson 5-3 with a 103 average.
