The Belgian Darts Open 2026 is scheduled to take place from Friday 20 March to Sunday 22 March. This is the third event of the year on the European Tour calendar and 10 more players managed to seal their spots.
Michael Smith will make his European Tour return as one of the only big names to come through the qualifier as Rob Cross, Dimitri van den Bergh and Peter Wright continue to falter.
Smith saw off his friend and a familiar face in Ian White 6-4 in the final round after a run that saw him defeat Robert Owen and Marvin van Velzen. Peter Wright finally won a game for the first time this season but he was defeated by Lukas Wenig.
While Rob Cross was seen off by Sebastian Bialecki in the penultimate round. Dimitri van den Bergh lost first round and so won't be at his home tournament.

Reyes continues perfect qualification

Cristo Reyes also kept up his perfect record thus far in European Tour qualification. He saw off Chris Landman 6-4 with a 95 average after previously taking down Madars Razma and Niall Culleton.
He was joined by Ryan Meikle who pinned a nine-dart finish in the tournament and defeated Adam Paxton in the final match 6-4 to seal qualification. Scott Williams will also make his European Tour return. He took down Stephen Rosney 6-4 in the final match.
Cristo Reyes looks on.
Cristo Reyes stays perfect thus far.
Adam Gawlas ended the hopes of Stephen Burton while Sietse Lap will make his debut after edging past Max Hopp 6-5. While Sebastian Bialecki saw off Mickey Mansell 6-3. Ricky Evans won't be play in Wieze though as he was seen off by Thibault Tricole. While after an impressive series, it was Tyler Thorpe and Lukas Wenig who completed the line-up.
The second qualifier for the day is for the German Darts Grand Prix in Munich and can also be followed with 10 more spots on the line. Beau Greaves is entered in but she didn't play the first qualifier.
