Rodriguez, Brooks and Smith through to last 32 in Wieze

Rusty-Jake Rodriguez, Bradley Brooks and Ross Smith are through to the second round at the Belgian Darts Open in Wieze.

Smith won 6-2 over Steve Beaton in the first round, which also put him in the virtual field of participants for the World Grand Prix.

Brooks was too strong for Chris Dobey after a decisive leg 6-5. Rodriguez recorded a 6-3 victory over Jeff Smith.
