The latest iteration of European Tour action and the sixth of all this season begins on Friday in the Czech Darts Open as darts returns to Prague.

Seeded players will start their quest for the title tomorrow so it is all about setting those matches up and there are some first round ties that catch the eye.

This includes Scott Waites who has been superb at times this year, he faces Rowby-John Rodriguez in the opening round.

Recent European Tour finalist, Martin Lukeman will begin proceedings against Martijn Dragt. Other ties see Jose Justicia face the first of three Host Nation players involved in this session, Miloslav Navratil.

Mickey Mansell takes on Jeffrey de Zwaan, while Jules van Dongen will make his European Tour debut against Brett Claydon. Ritchie Edhouse faces Ondrej Plsek, while Ricky Evans faces rising Northern Irish talent, Josh Rock before Jon Worsley ends the session against Vitezslav Sedlak. The winner faces Michael van Gerwen.
