The schedule has been announced ahead of the start of the 2021 World Grand Prix which takes place between October 3-9 at the Morningside Arena in Leicester.

Away from the CItywest for a second straight year due to use as a Covid-19 hospital, the double start tournament is always a highlight on the road to the World Championship.

On the opening night, Gerwyn Price is one of the headline names when he faces Michael Smith in a bumper clash. Alongside 'The Iceman' include Dimitri van den Bergh facing Ryan Searle, Dirk van Duijvenbode taking on Luke Humphries, Dave Chisnall against Mensur Suljovic and James Wade vs Damon Heta.

With the first round comprising two days, the top names are set for Day Two as Michael van Gerwen (vs. Danny Noppert), Peter Wright (vs. Rob Cross), Gary Anderson (vs. Ian White) and Jose de Sousa (vs. Glen Durrant) are all involved.

The second round is set for Tuesday October 5 lasting until Thursday October 7 with the Quarter-Finals on that date and the semi-finals and Final taking place on the Friday and Saturday October 8-9.
