Schedule Monday Session PDC Home Tour II including De Zwaan, Shepherd and Wilson

The PDC Home Tour II is set to continue on Wednesday morning with Phase Two back before the World Grand Prix.

Among those involved on Monday include Jeffrey de Zwaan who only just missed out on being involved in Coventry with Devon Petersen winning in Hildesheim meaning that Adrian Lewis kept his spot.

He will be joined though in the online tournament by his fellow Dutchman, Geert Nentjes. As well as former World finalist Kirk Shepherd as well as James Wilson.

Finalising proceedings are Nick Kenny, Adam Hunt and Carl Wilkinson with four spots in the next phase up for grabs.

All matches can be viewed via the streaming service PDC TV . You do need to create an account, but there are no costs involved. The broadcast starts daily at 9:30 am.

From September 29 to October 7, five match days are scheduled in the second phase. Every day a group of seven players will be involved. The top four of each group will advance to the third phase. At the end of the second phase, the best fifth place player can also move through to the third round.
