The second round begins at the 2021
Gibraltar Darts Trophy with the seeded players coming into proceedings on Saturday afternoon.
It all begins with Dirk van Duijvenbode, fresh off his World Cup debut with the Netherlands, he will face Ted Evetts who survived multiple match darts to see off Ryan Murray in his opener.
Brendan Dolan takes on Mervyn King who eased past Craig Galliano in a whitewash win, while Andreas Harrysson impressed against Keane Barry and will hope to take that into his tie with the returning Danny Noppert.
Adam Hunt also eased through and will face Damon Heta, while Kim Huybrechts produced one of the displays of the opening round averaging 105 in sweeping aside Boris Koltsov 6-2 and in one of the games of the day, he faces Mensur Suljovic.
Another game of the day sees Michael Smith face Simon Whitlock after the latter eased past Wayne Jones with his scoring power very much evident. If both catch light, it could be the top tie.
As could James Wade facing Boris Krcmar, with the latter looking to head towards retaining his Tour Card and a big weekend could help him towards that goal. He has already taken out John Henderson who will now miss the European Championship and will hope 'The Machine' is next to be vanquished.
Finally Krzysztof Ratajski will face Ryan Searle to round off the session with the latter staging a brilliant comeback to see off Martin Schindler in his opener on Friday night.
