Schindler becomes a father for the first time

Martin Schindler became a father for the first time on Tuesday. His girlfriend gave birth to their daughter Hailey on Tuesday.

The German announced the happy news via Facebook. ''Welcome to this world our little sunshine,'' 'The Wall' wrote with a photo of the baby's arm.

Schindler still has some time to enjoy the early days of fatherhood. On Friday, Dec. 23, the World Darts Championship begins for him with a match against either Martin Lukeman or Nobuhiro Yamamoto.
