Sherrock dumped out at first hurdle on Day One of 2022 PDC UK Q-School, Part and Bennett also defeated early

Fallon Sherrock won't find her way through to the Final Stage today in Milton Keynes at 2022 PDC UK Q-School.
Sherrock who once again is aiming to gain her Tour Card lost out in the first round to former World Darts Championship participant, Jason Hogg.
He averaged 93 in victory over 'The Queen of the Palace' in a last leg decider with Sherrock hitting 90 in defeat.
Also out include the likes of Leighton Bennett who averaged just 78 in losing to Neil MacDougall 5-4. While John Part averaged only 79 in defeat to Jonny Kinsella 5-3.

Just knew this was likely to happen. Luck of the draw, then getting Jason Hogg in that draw along with best of nine. There’s some really handy players after these cards, i just wonder if she (Sherrock) approaches these matches with the same mindset as when she plays the top guys.

- obviously littler has the potential to surpass everybody simply because nobody has been this good at this age before, but people who think he would be any kind of favourite right now against prime taylor in a big final have short memories. it's obvious that prime taylor wouldn't win as many world titles if he was playing today, but there's also good reason to believe he'd be winning more than anybody else. hell, his statistical profile still stands alone in darts history and he might statistically be even better if he was playing today with better equipment, larger beds, more competition therefore more motivation, etc.colt24-03-2025
