Michael Smith will conclude the latest set of World Series of Darts tournaments in Australia and New Zealand in Hamilton this weekend.
A lot has always been made about Smith's major duck and the frustration that comes with not getting over the line but 'Bully Boy' believes he will start to win titles in bunches when he does.
"Everyone always says to me "You will get a Worlds" and I always answer back "I'll get more than one," said Smith on SENZ radio in Auckland.
"I know I've at least got one [in me] but you've seen it with Jonny [Clayton] - he won the Masters and then won the next three or four.
"Michael [van Gerwen] won the [2012 World] Grand Prix and turned into a freak, Gezzy won the [2018] Grand Slam and went stupid and that's what I think I'll do.
"As soon as I get the first one, I'll start winning them in bunches and the rest should be history."
