Statistics prove it: Van Duijvenbode is currently the player on form

Christopher Kempf made an analysis of the tournament statistics for the PDC. It shows that Dirk van Duijvenbode is currently the player in form.

Kempf ranks the best thirty players in the PDC according to their last two hundred legs played. The OCHE-ranking takes into account the efficiency with which players win their legs compared to their average.

Despite losing to Michael van Gerwen in the final of the World Matchplay, Gerwyn Price's 99.54 maintains a narrow lead over Peter Wright for the PDC's highest average for a third consecutive month.

Van Duijvenbode on top spot

In the OCHE rankings Price is only in second place. The first position is occupied by Dirk van Duijvenbode. His efficiency is very high, at the moment he is winning about five out of eight legs.
